The Day We Celebrated Grandma's Birthday

My grandma's officially to world's happiest woman today. She just turned a ripe old 81 and we had a mini celebration over at my paternal grandparents' place just awhile ago. Even though she's suffering from dementia, we could feel her happiness and an almost child-like innocence by just watching her smile.

Sometimes, it really does seem that we'd be better off being oblivious to the world. Life is much less complicated.

It's All Saints' Day tomorrow, so to my Catholic friends, please remember to go for mass. Also, in 2 days time, we'll be sitting our first A level paper.

It'll be over soon. Just hang in there.
